                                                       SoLa Crockpot Pulled Pork


½        c          Balsamic vinegar

½        c          Olive oil

2                     Cloves, garlic

1-2     T         SoLa Cajun Seasoning

1                     Large onion, sliced

2-3     lb.       Boneless Pork Roast


Combine 1st 4 ingredients in a small bowl or measuring cup and mix well. Carefully place pork roast and liquid in a gallon ziplock bag. Place bag in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours to marinate. Place sliced onion in bottom of crockpot and add pork roast and all liquid. Cook on high for 5 hours. Take pork roast out and shred it with 2 forks. Place the shredded pork back in the crockpot with the liquid and onions and cook on low for 1 hour.
