My DIL Leah made this delicious potato soup using SoLa Cajun Seasoning! Recipe follows.
Sure.

1 stick butter (halved)
1 onion chopped
2 cups peeled and cut up potatoes
4 cups water
1t. Basil, 1t.Oregano and 2t.SoLa
Salt to taste
4 Tbsp flour
2 cups milk (and a dash of whipping cream for good measure - optional)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Melt half of the butter and sauté onions.

Add potatoes, water, basil, oregano SoLa and salt. Bring to a boil. Boil for 15 min.

Put half of potato mixture in blender or food processor and purée. Leave the other potatoes to rest.

Melt the rest of butter in a saucepan. Add flour and mix in. Add milk and heat to thicken.

Mix potato purée, milk mixture, and half of the cheddar cheese into resting potatoes. Mix well and garnish with rest the of cheddar.

Takes about a half an hour with prep and cook time.
