* SoLa Cajun Fried Shrimp
½ lb. Raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
1T. Corn Starch
1T. SoLa Cajun Seasoning
Salt, to taste
½ c. Vegetable oil
Mix dry ingredients. Dip shrimp in egg, then in the dry mix. Fry in vegetable oil until done.
