SOLA BAKED CRAB AND SHRIMP
Ingredients:
1 lb. Lump crabmeat
1 lb. Medium shrimp, peeled and cooked
½ C. Green pepper, chopped
½ C. Green onions, chopped
½ C. Celery, chopped
1 C. Mayonnaise
3T. Worchestershire sauce
1T. SoLa Cajun Seasoning
4T. Lemon juice
Buttered bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in buttered 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly hot. This may be made early in the day and cooked at the last minute. Yield: 4-6
